Description

No Churn Peach Ice Cream is a creamy homemade frozen dessert made with fresh peaches, whipped cream, and sweetened condensed milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 peaches, peeled and divided

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Blend 3 peeled peaches until smooth.
  3. Whisk peach puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Fold half the whipped cream into the peach mixture.
  5. Fold in remaining whipped cream.
  6. Dice remaining peaches and stir into mixture.
  7. Pour into a 9×5 loaf pan.
  8. Freeze overnight.
  9. Rest 5 minutes before scooping and serving.
