Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup rhubarb berry jam or berry preserves

Instructions

  1. Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix gently until combined
  3. Fold in the rhubarb berry jam to create swirls
  4. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly
  5. Cover with plastic wrap or foil
  6. Freeze for at least 5 hours until firm
  7. Let sit a few minutes before scooping and serving

Notes

  1. Use cold cream for best whipping results
  2. Do not overmix after adding condensed milk
  3. Freeze overnight for best texture
  4. Store in an airtight container to prevent ice crystals
