Ingredients

- 5 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray mini foil pans.
- Cook ground meat until browned and season with paprika and garlic salt.
- Mash potatoes with milk, butter, and sour cream until smooth.
- Layer meat, vegetables, and mashed potatoes in each pan.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese bubbles.
- Broil for 1 minute to brown the top.
Notes
- Cool completely before freezing.
