A super simple and light lemon parmesan pasta that’s creamy, zesty, and ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

9 oz pasta of choice

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

34 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup dry white wine

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cook your pasta according to package directions.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil, then stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

3. Add wine, salt, and pepper. Let it cook down for 4–5 minutes.

4. Turn heat to low. Add pasta, lemon juice, and parmesan. Stir until coated and creamy.

Notes

Add veggies like zucchini, asparagus, or spinach for a fresh twist.

Top with shrimp, chicken, or salmon for extra protein.
