Instructions
- Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and reserve one-third for topping.
- Press remaining crumbs lightly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
- Spread cream cheese mixture gently over the crust.
- Arrange sliced peaches evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract while whipping until fluffy.
- Spread whipped cream over the peaches.
- Sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
- Vanilla wafers can replace Pecan Sandies if desired.
- Chill overnight for even better flavor and texture.
