Easy Korean Strawberry Milk made with fresh strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and non-dairy milk for a refreshing cafe-style drink.
Ingredients

- 1 pound strawberries, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cane or brown sugar
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 2–3 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Divide strawberries into two portions
- Mix 3/4 cup strawberries with 1 tbsp sugar and let sit
- Cook remaining strawberries with sugar and lemon juice for 10 minutes
- Cool the syrup completely in the refrigerator
- Add syrup to glass with milk and ice
- Top with macerated strawberries and stir
Notes
- Do not overcook syrup
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor
- Adjust sweetness to taste
