Description

Juicy turkey meatballs seared golden and simmered in a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce. This quick 30-minute keto-friendly dinner is low-carb, high-protein, and perfect for weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 tsp chopped parsley

For the Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp salt (or 1/2 tsp if using salted butter)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Shape into ~15 meatballs.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear meatballs on all sides, 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  • Lower heat. Add butter, cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.

  • Return meatballs to skillet, coat with sauce.

  • Transfer skillet to oven, bake uncovered 15 minutes.

  • Stir sauce gently, garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan, and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melt.

Don’t skip searing—it adds flavor and keeps meatballs intact.

Thin sauce with extra cream or chicken broth if needed.

Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
