½ cup (120 ml) sour cream

½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise

½ cup (60 g) shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup (60 g) shredded pepper Jack cheese

2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

¼ cup (30 g) pickled jalapeños, chopped

¼ cup (10 g) chopped fresh cilantro

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp chili powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.

Fold in cheddar, pepper Jack, bacon, fresh and pickled jalapeños, cilantro, and spices.

Spread evenly into the prepared dish.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
