These Hot Honey Peach Wings combine crispy fried chicken wings with a sticky peach glaze packed with sweet and spicy flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
  4. Stir in hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves.
  5. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Fry the wings in batches for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drain the cooked wings on a paper towel-lined plate.
  8. Toss the wings in the peach hot honey sauce until fully coated.
  9. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  1. Do not overcrowd the fryer while cooking the wings.
