- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add butter and minced garlic to a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
- Stir in hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves.
- Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Fry the wings in batches for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain the cooked wings on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Toss the wings in the peach hot honey sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately while hot.
