- Juice and zest of 2 limes

- 1 large mango diced

Instructions
- Whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- Combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Season salsa with salt and pepper and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill, skillet, or oven.
- Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Top chicken with mango salsa and serve.
