- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)

- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and cornstarch if using.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to turn pink.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
