Description

These Honey Garlic Jerk Wings are crispy air fryer chicken wings coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce with bold jerk seasoning.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 lb party chicken wing dings
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 89 tsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp tamari
  • 1/4 tsp gluten free hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray rack with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer and cook 15–17 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan and cook garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, and paprika and simmer 3–4 minutes.
  6. Toss cooked wings in sauce or brush generously.
  7. Return wings to air fryer for 8 minutes to caramelize.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  1. Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
  2. Adjust jerk seasoning for heat preference.
  3. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for best texture.
