Description

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a creamy, sweet, and quick side dish made with frozen corn, butter, honey, and cream cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and honey in a skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally
  3. Add cream cheese salt and pepper
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes until creamy and combined
  5. Serve immediately

Notes

  1. Use 16 oz frozen corn
  2. Cut cream cheese into chunks for easy melting
  3. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days
