Description

These Homemade Peanut Butter Eggs are a gluten free, low sugar Easter candy made with peanut butter, maple syrup, and chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup until smooth
  2. Shape mixture into egg shapes and place on parchment paper
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth
  5. Dip eggs in chocolate and let set before refrigerating

Notes

  1. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks
  2. Freeze up to three months
  3. Allow chocolate to cool slightly before dipping
