Description

Naturally sweet Homemade Honey Lemonade made with fresh lemon juice, honey, and water. A refreshing refined sugar-free summer drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups water, divided
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup water and honey in a saucepan over low heat until dissolved.
  2. Allow the honey syrup to cool completely.
  3. Add lemon juice to a large pitcher.
  4. Pour in the cooled honey syrup.
  5. Add the remaining 5 cups water and stir well.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish as desired.

Notes

  1. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
  2. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  3. Store refrigerated for up to 4 days.
