4 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F). Oil the grill grates lightly.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chipotle pepper, and chili powder.

Brush the cut side of each avocado with the spiced oil.

Place avocados cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the flesh softens.

Serve warm—either in the skin or scooped out and mashed.
