- 4 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine milk and vinegar in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl whisk eggs and melted butter together.
- Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar while mixing.
- Stir the milk mixture and pour it into the batter.
- Gradually add flour and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Preheat and lightly oil the griddle over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the hot griddle to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges set.
- Flip pancakes with a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Remove pancakes and keep warm while finishing the remaining batter.
Notes
- Cooking on medium heat prevents burning before the center cooks.
- Let the batter rest briefly for fluffier pancakes.
- Keep finished pancakes warm in a low oven when cooking large batches.
