Ingredients

- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into cubes
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Cut chicken into evenly sized cubes
- Mix ranch dressing parmesan olive oil garlic parsley pepper garlic powder and lemon juice in a bowl
- Place chicken in a bag or dish and coat with marinade
- Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers
- Preheat grill to medium high heat
- Place skewers on grill and cook 10 to 15 minutes turning occasionally
- Cook until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F
- Remove from grill rest briefly and serve
