Instructions

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and season it with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in the minced garlic during the final minute of cooking and cook until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and let the beef cool slightly.

- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut it into approximately 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
- Shape each filled piece into a smooth ball and arrange it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic and brush it generously over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the tops turn golden brown.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, ranch dressing, burger sauce, barbecue sauce, or spicy mayonnaise.
Notes
- Do not overfill the dough because the seams may split during baking.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
