Description

Soft, buttery Garlic Parmesan Bread Bites baked until golden and finished with garlic butter and parmesan, served with marinara.


Ingredients

  • Homemade pizza dough (1 pound)
  • Unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)
  • Garlic, minced (2 cloves) or garlic salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (⅜ teaspoon)
  • Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • Dried parsley (1 teaspoon) or fresh parsley (2 tablespoons)
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese (4–6 tablespoons)
  • Olive oil or non-stick spray
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Prepare pizza dough and allow it to rise until doubled.
  3. Cut dough into 1-inch pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Cover loosely and rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Mix butter, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  7. Brush dough pieces with half of the garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
  10. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
