Description
Soft, buttery Garlic Parmesan Bread Bites baked until golden and finished with garlic butter and parmesan, served with marinara.
Ingredients
- Homemade pizza dough (1 pound)
- Unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)
- Garlic, minced (2 cloves) or garlic salt (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (⅜ teaspoon)
- Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- Dried parsley (1 teaspoon) or fresh parsley (2 tablespoons)
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese (4–6 tablespoons)
- Olive oil or non-stick spray
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
- Prepare pizza dough and allow it to rise until doubled.
- Cut dough into 1-inch pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Cover loosely and rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Mix butter, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush dough pieces with half of the garlic butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
