Ingredients

- 4 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, about 8 oz each)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter
- Place steaks in skillet and cook 4-5 minutes on one side
- Flip steaks, add remaining butter and garlic, cook another 4-5 minutes
- Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream to skillet, whisking
- Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until sauce thickens
- Season sauce to taste
- Slice steaks, serve, and top with sauce and parsley

- Let steak rest before slicing to retain juices
