Instructions
-
Marinate the Steak
Mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl. Coat the steak with the marinade and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. -
Cook the Noodles
Boil salted water and cook your noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Optionally, toss with a little oil to prevent sticking. -
Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden and crisp. Let it rest before slicing thinly. -
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Let it simmer for a minute. -
Combine
Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the sauce and toss until coated. Add the sliced steak on top. -
Serve
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side if desired.
Notes
Make it Spicy: Add more chili flakes or sriracha to the sauce.
Customizing the Protein: Try chicken or shrimp for a lighter alternative.
Flavor Adjustments: Add more honey for sweetness or extra soy sauce for saltiness.
