Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the steak cubes in batches and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from the pan.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Toss the steak cubes back into the garlic butter and mix well. Add fresh herbs, if desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a more indulgent version, serve over mashed potatoes or with garlic bread.
- Adjust the garlic quantity to your taste if you love a stronger garlic flavor.
- This recipe works with ribeye or New York strip steak for extra richness.
