Description

A refreshing fruit salad made with peach pie filling, pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, kiwi, and bananas. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (21-ounce) can peach pie filling
  • 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (16-ounce) strawberries, hulled
  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches, strawberries, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  3. Combine peaches, pineapple, oranges, strawberries, and kiwi in a large bowl.
  4. Fold in the peach pie filling until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  6. Slice and gently fold in bananas just before serving.

Notes

  1. Add bananas just before serving.
  2. Drain canned fruit well.
  3. Stir gently to avoid crushing ripe fruit.
  4. Add mandarin oranges last.
