Description

Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing and easy frozen dessert made with yogurt, fruit, and crunchy toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth
  2. Spread mixture onto lined baking sheet
  3. Top with strawberries, blueberries, and granola
  4. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours
  5. Break into pieces and serve
