Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan
- Mix crust and bake
- Prepare filling mixture
- Add eggs and cookies
- Layer batter and cookies
- Bake in water bath
- Cool gradually and chill
- Prepare ganache and color
- Top cheesecake and decorate
