Description

Ingredients

  • Cooked macaroni and cheese – 3 cups
  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
  • All-purpose flour – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix chilled macaroni and cheese with shredded cheeses.
  2. Shape into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Coat each ball in flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F.
  5. Fry bites until golden brown and drain before serving.
