Description

A quick and easy 4th of July party snack featuring grilled all-beef hot dogs with a tangy, spicy-sweet firecracker sauce and bold toppings.


Ingredients

  • 8 soft hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice
  2. Prepare toppings by chopping onions, jalapeños, cheese, and cilantro
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  4. Grill hot dogs for 5-7 minutes turning occasionally
  5. Toast buns for 2 minutes
  6. Assemble with sauce, hot dogs, and toppings
  7. Serve immediately
