Description

These Easy Pizza Bombs are a fun, bite-sized twist on classic pizza, made with biscuit dough, stuffed with gooey cheese and pepperoni, and baked until golden brown. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  • Add toppings: Spread a teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center, top with mozzarella cheese and a couple of pepperoni slices.
  • Seal the bombs: Fold the edges up and pinch them together tightly to form a sealed ball.
  • Place on the baking sheet seam-side down.
  • Make the garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over each pizza bomb.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use crescent roll dough instead of biscuits for a flakier texture.
  • Customize with different fillings like cooked sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
