Description

Soft peach-filled crescent roll dumplings baked in a buttery cinnamon sauce with citrus soda. Easy, comforting, and perfect with ice cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup citrus soda
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish
  2. Melt butter and mix with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon
  3. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles
  4. Place one peach wedge on each triangle and roll up
  5. Arrange dumplings in baking dish
  6. Pour butter mixture over dumplings
  7. Pour soda around the sides of the baking dish
  8. Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown
  9. Rest for 10 minutes before serving
  10. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream

Notes

  1. Fresh or canned peaches work well
  2. Pour soda around the dumplings instead of on top
  3. Serve warm for best texture
