Description
Soft peach-filled crescent roll dumplings baked in a buttery cinnamon sauce with citrus soda. Easy, comforting, and perfect with ice cream.

- 2 medium peaches, cut into 8 wedges
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup citrus soda
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish
- Melt butter and mix with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles
- Place one peach wedge on each triangle and roll up
- Arrange dumplings in baking dish
- Pour butter mixture over dumplings
- Pour soda around the sides of the baking dish
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
