Satisfy your cravings with this homemade Grilled Cheese Burrito, inspired by Taco Bell. Packed with seasoned beef, rice, creamy nacho cheese, and chipotle sauce, all wrapped in a tortilla and grilled with extra cheese for a crispy golden crust.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas
Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer.
2. Warm tortillas on a skillet or microwave.
3. Assemble each burrito with rice, beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
4. Heat skillet, sprinkle cheese, and place burrito seam-side down. Grill until crisp. Flip and repeat.
Notes
Store leftovers up to 3 days.
