Ingredients

6 large burrito-size tortillas (about 25 cm diameter)

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons (14 g) taco seasoning

1 cup (113 g) shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup (140 g) cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup (75 g) diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup (75 g) diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup (4 g) chopped cilantro

Guacamole or salsa, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese until smooth.

Fold in shredded chicken, red and green peppers, and cilantro. Mix thoroughly.

Spread about 1/3 cup of filling evenly onto each tortilla.

Roll tightly, then place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.

Chill for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours).

Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve with salsa or guacamole.
