-
2 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions
-
Prepare the Dough:
-
Warm the milk to about 100°F (38°C) and mix with sugar and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
-
Add in the egg, melted butter, and salt. Stir to combine.
-
Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a dough forms.
-
Knead for about 8 minutes, then cover and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
-
-
Make the Filling:
-
Mix Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
-
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 16×12 inches). Spread the filling evenly on the dough.
-
-
Shape the Rolls:
-
Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge. Cut into 12 even pieces.
-
Place the rolls in a greased 9×13 baking dish, spaced slightly apart.
-
Let the rolls rise for 30–45 minutes until puffed.
-
-
Bake the Rolls:
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 22–26 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
-
-
Make the Frosting:
-
Beat together softened cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Add milk to achieve a spreadable consistency.
-
-
Finish the Rolls:
-
Let the rolls cool for 10 minutes. Spread the frosting over the warm rolls.
-
Optional: Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies for added crunch.
-
