Instructions

Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin.

Mix the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until smooth and sticky.

Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and shape them into mini egg shapes.

Place the shaped eggs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
