Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin.

  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until smooth and sticky.

  • Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and shape them into mini egg shapes.

  • Place the shaped eggs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.

  • Melt the candy melts or white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  • Dip each egg into the melted coating and let excess drip off.

  • Place the coated eggs back on the tray and let them harden.
