Description

Deviled Egg Pasta Salad is a creamy, tangy dish with pasta, eggs, and pickles that tastes just like deviled eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces small pasta
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped pickles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water
  2. Transfer pasta to a large bowl
  3. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Dijon mustard and mix
  4. Fold in eggs, onion, pickles, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  5. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve
  6. Garnish with paprika and green onions before serving

Notes

  1. Chill for at least one hour for best flavor
  2. Do not overmix to keep eggs intact
  3. Adjust seasoning after chilling
