Description

Rich and creamy crockpot hot chocolate made with real chocolate and slow cooked for perfect texture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups whole milk or 3 cups whole milk and 3 cups half and half
  • 2 cans evaporated milk (12 ounces each)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a 6-quart crockpot
  2. Stir well to combine
  3. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring often during the first hour
  4. Reduce to low once fully heated and creamy
  5. Serve warm with desired toppings
