Description

Fall-apart tender Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs simmered in a delicious garlic-honey sauce. So easy and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

6 garlic cloves, minced

⅓ cup honey

½ cup ketchup

½ cup soy sauce

½ teaspoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken thighs in the crockpot. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and oregano.

2. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken thighs to coat.

3. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender.

4. Optional: Simmer cooked sauce in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes to thicken.

5. Plate and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds. Serve over rice, noodles, or vegetables.

Notes

Serve with white rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice.

Leftovers store well for 4 days and freeze for 2 months. Reheat gently.
