Description

Crock pot ranch chicken is a creamy slow cooker meal made with tender chicken, ranch seasoning, and a rich sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and easy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and optionally sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in the crock pot.
  3. Add chicken and coat with sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks and stir into sauce.
  6. Mix in sour cream until smooth.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and parsley before serving.

  1. Sear chicken first for deeper flavor.
  2. Add vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a full meal.
