- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce or 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in panko.
- Cook chicken in a skillet with light oil until golden, or bake at 425°F until crisp and cooked through.
- Warm honey, hot sauce or chili flakes, and butter in a small saucepan until smooth.
- Place chicken on a serving plate, sprinkle with feta, and drizzle with warm hot honey.
