Description

Creamy Garlic Sauce with Grilled Chicken Bites is the ultimate weeknight comfort food—simple, rich, and full of flavor. Juicy grilled chicken pieces are coated in a velvety garlic cream sauce that’s indulgent yet light enough for everyday cooking. Ready in under 30 minutes, this versatile dish pairs beautifully with pasta, rice, or vegetables, making it a crowd-pleasing favorite that’s both elegant and easy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs (about 1 lb / 450 g), cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  • Grill the Chicken: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (165°F / 74°C). Set aside.

  • Make the Sauce Base: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Deglaze and Simmer: Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Add heavy cream and stir; let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • Combine: Return grilled chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Stir in Parmesan, if using, for extra richness.

  • Finish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan—give chicken space to sear properly.

Fresh garlic makes a big difference—avoid pre-minced for best flavor.

For extra depth, deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine.

Lighten it up by replacing half the cream with milk or Greek yogurt.

If sauce thickens too much, thin with a bit of broth before serving.
