Description
Warm, cheesy cranberry turkey sliders made with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and sweet Hawaiian rolls – the ultimate post-holiday treat.
Ingredients

1 bag Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)

1 lb. deli-style or leftover roasted turkey, thinly sliced

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

4 oz. gouda cheese, sliced

4 oz. mild cheddar cheese, sliced

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

2 Tbsp. sliced chives, plus more for garnish

1/2 tsp. poppy seeds, plus more for sprinkling

1/4 tsp. onion powder
-
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected; place the bottom halves in the dish.

Spread half the cranberry sauce evenly over the rolls. Layer with turkey, gouda, and cheddar.

Add remaining cranberry sauce and place the top halves of the rolls back on.

In a small bowl, combine butter, chives, poppy seeds, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush mixture over the tops of the rolls.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

Garnish with extra chives and serve warm.
Notes
Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey for best results.
