Description

A creamy, tangy cranberry pecan goat cheese ball that’s perfect for any holiday celebration.

Ingredients

Scale

16 oz goat cheese

⅓ cup pecans, finely chopped

⅓ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp cracked pepper

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

½ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

crackers for serving

Instructions

1. Finely dice the dried cranberries and pecans. Mix with herbs, salt, and pepper.

2. Form the goat cheese into a ball (or mix with cream cheese for milder taste).

3. Roll the ball into the cranberry-pecan mixture until evenly coated.

4. Chill or serve immediately with crackers or veggies.

Notes

To make mini versions, roll 1-inch cheese balls and coat in the mix.

Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.

Wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
