Description

A creamy, tangy, and herby cucumber dip made with sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill. This crowd-pleasing, low-carb appetizer is perfect for summer gatherings, quick snacks, or keto-friendly spreads.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons dried dill

  • 1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning salt

  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

  • 1 cup whole fat sour cream

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dried dill, seasoning salt, and minced onion.

  • Add sour cream, ground pepper, and parsley. Stir until fully blended and creamy.

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors develop and the dried onion soften.

  • Stir well before serving.

Notes

For a quicker version, substitute dried onion with onion powder or finely chopped fresh onion.

Use full-fat sour cream for the best creamy texture.

Optional: Add a splash of lemon juice for extra tang.

Serve in a chilled bowl for better freshness.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days; do not freeze.
