Description

Cold Seafood Salad made with imitation crab, crisp vegetables, and a creamy dressing. This chilled, no-cook recipe is quick to prepare and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pound imitation crab meat
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 1 small celery stalk
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the imitation crab meat.
  2. Dice the onion and celery into small pieces.
  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well coated.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Notes

  1. Real crab or cooked shrimp can replace imitation crab.
  2. Greek yogurt may be used instead of sour cream.
  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
