Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and mix until combined
- Mix in egg, baking powder, vanilla, and salt
- Gradually add flour and mix until dough forms
- Chill dough for 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls
- Coat in cinnamon sugar
- Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart
- Bake for 8-9 minutes until set
- Cool on baking sheet then transfer to rack
