Description

This Cilantro Lime Slaw is a fresh, creamy, and zesty side dish ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect for tacos, sandwiches, or as a light side.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeño (optional)
  • 1 bag cole slaw mix

Instructions

  1. Blend yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, green onions, garlic, and jalapeño until smooth
  2. Place cole slaw mix in a bowl
  3. Pour dressing over slaw
  4. Toss until evenly coated
  5. Adjust seasoning if needed
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate
