Description
Churro flavored cheesecake bars with layers of cinnamon sugar, buttery crescent dough, and creamy filling.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

½ cup granulated sugar

Two 8-oz packages refrigerated crescent roll dough

16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg
-
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional toppings: dulce de leche, chocolate sauce, honey, vanilla ice cream, or fresh strawberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.

Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons in the pan.

Lay the first crescent dough sheet in the pan and seal seams.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.

Place the second crescent dough sheet on top and seal seams.

Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar.

Bake 26–30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

Slice into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
Top with dulce de leche, chocolate sauce, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent twist. Fresh strawberries also make a delicious garnish.
