Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
8 slices bacon, halved
12 mini sausages
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup mozzarella pearls
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
2. For brie bites: Cut puff pastry into squares and place on a baking tray. Add a small cube of brie and a spoon of cranberry sauce. Fold edges slightly and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
3. For bacon-wrapped smokies: Wrap each mini sausage with half a bacon strip, secure with a toothpick, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake for 25 minutes or until caramelized.
4. Prepare veggie skewers by threading cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and basil leaves onto small skewers. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Arrange all appetizers on a serving platter and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
