-
1/4 cup milk
-
2 tbsp sugar
-
3 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, melted
-
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
Instructions
-
Bake the Base:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cookie base ingredients in a bowl until dough forms. Press into an ungreased 13×9-inch pan. Bake 12–15 minutes until just set. Cool completely (about 30 minutes). -
Prepare the Filling:
Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and chopped peanut butter cups. Spread over cooled cookie base. -
Make the Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix peanut butter, milk, and sugar. Heat until smooth and pourable (30–60 seconds). Drizzle over the filling, followed by melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts. -
Chill and Slice:
Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set. Slice into 24 bars and serve chilled.
Notes
Chill overnight for cleaner slices—use a warm knife.
Crunchy peanut butter adds extra texture.
Substitute whipped topping with stabilized whipped cream if preferred.
Store leftovers chilled or freeze individually for later indulgence.
