Description

Chinese Noodle Soup is a quick and easy one pot noodle soup with vibrant broth, tender noodles, and fresh bok choy ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium dark soy sauce
  • 4 ounces dried Chinese noodles
  • 4 leaves bok choy, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken stock in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add green onions, bok choy, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
  3. Add dried Chinese noodles to the pot.
  4. Reduce heat and cook according to package instructions until noodles are tender.
  5. Taste and adjust dark soy sauce if needed.
  6. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

  1. Cook noodles separately if storing leftovers to prevent them from absorbing too much broth.
  2. Add dark soy sauce at the end to adjust color and flavor to taste.
  3. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
